CountIn
Your group, organised.
For clubs that meet every week. Players RSVP, the waitlist fills the gaps, and a shared ledger shows who owes what.
- One list for the night, instead of a group-chat thread
- A full session still has a waitlist
- The ledger tracks the split. CountIn never takes the payment
One night, one list
Who's coming.
Who's next. Who paid.
Everyone sees the same session. When someone drops out, the next person on the waitlist can take the spot.
Screens from the live CountIn app.
Why it matters
The night is simple. The organising is not.
Then Thursday
falls apart.
CountIn keeps the list, the waitlist, and the ledger in one place.
The group chat
is not a roster.
A weekly club runs on replies, screenshots, and one person who remembers who paid.
RSVPs get lost.
A thumbs-up, a voice note, and a “maybe” all count as a yes until someone is short on the night.
CountIn: Going or not going, on one list.
Full still means more names.
The pitch holds ten. Three more people say they can come, and nobody knows the order.
CountIn: a waitlist, in the order they joined.
A dropout is a scramble.
Someone cancels in a side chat. The next person hears about it after the spot is gone.
CountIn: the open spot is on the session.
The money is a memory.
The court fee is split in a note on someone's phone. Two people are sure they already paid.
CountIn: a shared ledger. Mark paid when it is settled.
Sessions
Open the night.
See who's in.
Set the time, or poll the club first. Members mark going or not going. Guests can be added, and an admin approves them before they count.
Waitlist and seasons
Someone drops.
Someone steps in.
When a session is full, later RSVPs wait in order. For a season of the same weeknights, a contract player can offer one night, and another player can take that night or the rest of the season.
Ledger
Who owes what.
Nothing else.
After the night, post the cost and CountIn splits it across everyone who went. The ledger shows what is open and what is marked paid. Cash and e-transfer stay between players. CountIn does not move money.
A Thursday, start to finish
From the invite
to the last $12.
- 1
Join the club
Search a public club, or open a private invite link.
- 2
RSVP
Going or not going, before the deadline.
- 3
Wait if it's full
The next person is already on the list.
- 4
Play
The field is booked once enough people are in.
- 5
Settle up
The ledger splits the cost. Mark it paid.
Built for a club
that already has a night.
Weekly, on purpose
Pickup nights and seasons of the same weeknights. One organiser. Everyone else RSVPs.
Public or private
A public club can be found by name or UID, then requested. A private club is joined only with an invite link.
A tracker, not a till
CountIn shows the split and who has been marked paid. It does not collect the money.
